I stumbled across this product and immediately fell in love with it. I was looking for a meaningful Christmas gift for someone who is an amazing gardener with a beautiful back yard. I can not put into words how beautiful the Chimes are but even more than that, Wonderful Ann! First, because I have moved my address on Etsy was my old address( all my fault) now because of that they were sent to my old address..I contacted Ann as soon as I figured that out and from then on she went above and beyond! She contacted the Post office for me to help track down my order, she kept in touch with me every step of the way and found out they were sent to my post office and now were on the way back to her, so she contacted the next stop to let them know to re-route them back to me..Did I say above and beyond?? The chimes and engraving are just beautiful and so is sweet Ann!

I purchased a cherry tree for my friend who lost her father and I wanted a memorial plaque for it. This tree hugger plaque is perfect and completely met my expectations. I asked to have the cardinals facing the text and they were able to accommodate me. My friend is also very pleased with the plaque.
