Our cousin loved this as a retirement gift, especially the personalized sentiment and quality sound of the wind chime. It was delivered promptly as well and communication with the seller was immediate. We purchased the bronze and is was not as dark as in the picture (more like a darker version of the silver) and we weren’t sure why that was, but our cousin loved it so we did not inquire. This is a very nice gift! Well made.

Ann provides great customer service and the windchimes we ordered for our university retiree gifts looked great. They had their names on them and our university logo etched on the wooden bottoms. Ann went above and beyond to ship the windchimes out in time for our event, but USPS messed up the delivery (2x) and it 100% wasn’t her fault. I appreciated the effort she put towards getting out the shipment on time.
